Clippers unveil City uniforms

Inglewood, CA – The LA Clippers have unveiled their 2025-26 Nike NBA City Edition uniform, which symbolizes A Brave Beginning, a two-year story that traces the franchise back to its earliest roots.

Originally founded in Buffalo, New York in 1970, the team was defined by a bold black, orange, white and later a light blue. When the team relocated to San Diego in 1978, the same colors carried forward, becoming a shared identity across each era of the organization.

This year’s uniform is inspired by these roots with a recolored take on the Clippers’ 2018–19 City Edition jersey, refreshed in bold, iconic tones that honor where the team has been and connect its history in Buffalo and San Diego to today’s Los Angeles Clippers.

The team will debut the uniforms on Wednesday, November 12 against the Denver Nuggets. The city edition takeover will include a specialized court, which features the same white and orange LA logo found on the front of the jersey, with marks of Buffalo and San Diego at each end.

To accompany the jerseys, the Clippers created a collection with their private label, Courtside Supply, as well as a featured LA Clippers x Buffalo Braves collaboration with Mitchell & Ness. These items are on sale now at shopclippers.com/city and at The Flagship Team store at Intuit Dome.
