(News4usOnline)—The chant “Rams House” will no longer be confined to fans yelling out the popular phrase during football games at SoFi Stadium. Soon enough, the Rams Village at Warner Center will serve as the official Rams House.
The Los Angeles Rams are making a lot of moves this offseason. With the backdrop of the NFL Draft, the Rams have constantly worked on improving their franchise’s brand.
Among the moves with the most notoriety this offseason was the team keeping quarterback Matthew Stafford and then going out and signing wide receiver Davante Adams.

The Rams made another significant move just weeks from the 2025 NFL Draft. The team solidified its base in Woodland Hills with the announcement of the Rams Village at Warner Center, giving the organization’s headquarters and practice facility permanent housing.
The 52-acre development, purchased by the Kroenke Organization, will take up two full blocks of space and is expected to have a directed pathway to Topanga Village and include a mixed-use neighborhood with retail, hotel, and office space.
What Rams owner Stanley Kroenke and the Kroenke Organization have created is a mini-Rams town, a destination in the same vein of The Star, the megahub of the Dallas Cowboys.
“As we embark on our tenth season back in Los Angeles, we remain committed to helping shape the future of this great city,” said Los Angeles Rams owner and chairman E. Stanley Kroenke. “Rams Village at Warner Center will continue to transform Woodland Hills by providing a vibrant gathering place for the community through publicly accessible open spaces, new entertainment venues, a retail village, and residential offerings. This is a tremendous opportunity to develop a dynamic destination and create the Rams permanent headquarters within the City of Los Angeles and we look forward to working with the City to turn this vision into a reality.”
Part of the upgrade includes two full-length football fields with room to accommodate as many as 2,500 people. The area will also feature venues that will seat 2,500 and 5,000 guests for entertainment, including concerts and awards shows. The plans also call for three million square feet devoted to mid-rise and high-rise development projects.

“Los Angeles is extremely proud to have the Rams announce their new home in the Valley along with new major plans and commitments that will benefit not only the San Fernando Valley, but our entire city,” said Mayor Karen Bass. “This proposed project will be transformative — bringing new jobs, new housing and a first-of-its-kind major entertainment venue to the San Fernando Valley. We are looking forward to working with Stan Kroenke, the Kroenke Organization and the Los Angeles Rams to bring new energy and excitement to the community as this development comes to life.”
Speaking on behalf of the architecture firm Gensler, a firm leading the charge in making all of this planning and development come to fruition, principal designer Eric Stultz had this to say about the project.
“Rams Village at Warner Center is particularly exciting for Gensler as it unites our experience designing sports training facilities with vibrant mixed-use districts,” Stultz said. “Gensler is proud to partner with Stan Kroenke to bring this distinctive sports and entertainment-anchored district to life for the local community of Woodland Hills, the San Fernando Valley, and beyond.”
