BMO Stadium’s Fresh Food Experience for the 2025 Season offers plenty of goodies
Los Angeles, CA (News4usonline) – Let’s be real—stadium food has a reputation. You drop $20 on a burger, open the box, and it looks like it fought through four quarters before getting to you.
But with new stadiums like SoFi Stadium and Intuit Dome raising the bar, the food game is more competitive than ever. It’s no longer just about what’s happening on the field—concessions are in their own battle for the best bites in town.

LAFC and BMO Stadium are stepping up. On Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2025 they hosted a Culinary Media Day and Food Tasting presented by Pepsi, giving us a first bite at their 2025 menu—and trust me, this ain’t your average concession stand lineup.
Executive Chef Hugo Miranda and Legends Hospitality are coming in hot with some serious upgrades, including:
- Hot Cheetos Beef Burrito (yes, they did that)
- Al Pastor Chicken Nachos
- Korean Loaded Baked Potato
- Firecracker Shrimp Bowl
- Cajun Style Street Corn Ribs
- Tex Mex BBQ Platter
And that’s just the starting lineup. They also threw in Caulipower’s Roasted Butternut Squash Pizza, King’s Hawaiian Loco Moco Burger, and Punk Bunny Churros for good measure. Because what’s a game without a little something sweet?
Drinks? Of course, they got those covered too:
- 1800 Black & Gold Margarita
- Mango Cart Chelada
- Yerba Chelada
- Classic and new Pepsi creations
Walking and Talking with Chef Hugo Miranda
This was my first time at BMO Stadium, and let me just say—I was impressed. The setup, the vibe, the food… it all felt bigger than just a stadium. And when I got to walk and talk with Chef Hugo Miranda, I saw firsthand how much thought goes into making sure fans eat good while watching LAFC put in work.

Chef Hugo Miranda: “A lot of stadiums are shifting to fast-order food with AI-based ordering and pickup systems. But the problem is, when you pay $20 for a burger or pizza and open the box, the food’s been sitting—it’s not fresh.
My goal at BMO Stadium is to keep things boutique, small-batch, and cooked to order so fans get quality over convenience. I want my chefs to take pride in every dish, making sure it’s fresh and ready to go.”

Translation: No sad, overpriced, stale food here. Chef Hugo is making sure what you get at BMO Stadium is fresh, flavorful, and worth every dollar.
BMO Stadium: More Than Just a Venue
- The first open-air stadium built in LA since 1962
- Opened in April 2018 and cost $350 million to build in just 20 months.
- Holds about 22,000 fans, making it intimate but LOUD
- Designed for soccer, but also hosts concerts, boxing, and major events
- Located in Exposition Park, right next to the LA Memorial Coliseum
With stadium food now part of the overall fan experience, LAFC understands the assignment—give fans a reason to show up hungry. And if you want to see more of what Chef Hugo is cooking up, follow @ChefMiranda on Instagram.
Food, futbol, and vibes? Yeah, BMO Stadium just raised the bar.
