Price, 28, from Murfreesboro, TN, was the 2012 American League Cy Young Award winner. That same year, he was the Rays’ nominee for the Roberto Clemente Award for sportsmanship, community involvement and contributions to the team. He is a three-time AL All-Star and he won the 2010 Warren Spahn Award presented to the top left-handed pitcher in Major League Baseball.
He was selected the 2007 College Baseball Player of the Year at Vanderbilt University.
