ARLINGTON, TX-Before taking on No. 1 Alabama in the College Football Playoff National Championship Game in Santa Clara, California, the No. 2 Clemson Tigers met up with No. 3 Notre Dame in a semifinal game played at the Cotton Bowl in Arlington, Texas.
